  • Do you only ticket events in Madison, IN?
    No. MadTix is based in Madison, IN, but we can ticket events pretty much anywhere. Our goal is to be a regional ticketing platform, so we're always looking to expand into new places.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How does your fee system work?
    MadTix charges a service fee per ticket of 6.7%. There is also a 3.2% + $0.30 credit card processing fee per transaction. These fees can be paid for in 1 of 3 ways: The fees are passed on to the customer in addition to the cost of the ticket. The fees are built into the cost of the ticket. The fees are split (a portion of the fees included in the ticket price, while the other portion passed on to the customer.) We are extremely flexible when it comes to this and can work with you individually to set up a fee solution that works best for your event.
  • Do I have to pay anything up front to work with MadTix?
    As of July 5th, 2023, MadTix now charges a one-time startup fee for all new clients of $75. This is the only direct cost to the client for standard ticketing services. This fee covers the time it takes to set up a client's individualized account, consult on account preferences, and more.
